Over the last 2 months we have had no internet from the company which we pay on time for. Every single day there is an outage and the company cannot ever be reached or give us any information.

The customer service is rude and unhelpful. They connect us to a second number which tells us there is an outage.

90 percent of time they do not even answer the phone.

They are running a scam when you get your service transferred. They charge you 150$ for nothing to come out and do nothing we have already done this for now prior. And we are now getting the service switched back to the residence where it was transferred from the first time. all that happens and they get on the computer and hit a switch and change the address and they are charging 150$ for this service.
I also called to speak to technical service and the lady answering the phone wouldn’t connect me she said that she was technical service and she is not she does not provide service calls or do anything to help provide service besides answer the phone. I have been dealing with them for years and this lady has been in this position the entire time. She is very unprofessional and it’s sad that they are getting away with running this scam.

****** ****** is not a customer with us.
     He was disconnected for non-pay on 7-19-2022 at ** ******* **** with an un-paid balance of $276.89.
Now the cable is in ******* ******** name at this same address and Mr. ****** must still be living at this residence. We would of never done a name change on an account that was disconnected for non-pay, and if we knew Mr. ****** still lived there with a back balance we would of required proof of residence from Ms. *******.

When we do a new hook up we charge the 1st month and a connection fee of $35.00 which is due when we do the connection and that would have been what we charged Ms. ******. If Ms. ****** has any questions about her bill she can call us directly.

We would ask Mr. ****** to pay the $276.89 that he owes us.
We also would like Ms. ******* to provide two utility bills water and electric so that we know who is the legal resident of the residence.
