      1. Ineffective and Dangerous Treatments:
      The treatments they used were not only ineffective but also potentially hazardous. Despite assurances of pet-safe and family-friendly products, our pets exhibited signs of distress and illness after the treatment. We had to make an emergency trip to the vet, which was both distressing and costly.

      2. Gross Negligence:
      Empire Pest Control not only used the wrong pesticide in our home—one that had no bearing on our pest issue—but they also left an entire open jug of this granular product in our kitchen, within reach of our 3-year-old child. This gross negligence could have resulted in a severe accident. There was no documentation provided, and we had no way of knowing when they entered our home.

      3. Exploiting Their License:
      They took advantage of their license to apply pesticides in a way that was not only unprofessional but also unsafe. The misuse of pesticides in our home is currently under investigation by the State of ****. This speaks volumes about their lack of regard for safety and regulations.
      4. Poor Customer Service:
      When we contacted them to address our concerns, we were met with indifference and unhelpful responses. They showed no interest in resolving the issues we faced and were dismissive of the health concerns raised. Their lack of accountability was appalling.

      5. Unsafe for Families:
      Our experience left us deeply concerned for the safety of families who might use their services. The harmful effects on our pets and the potential risk to children and adults in the household cannot be overstated. This company's practices are not only unprofessional but also dangerous.

      1. No money has exchanged hands with this person as he is not a client. He rents from our client ******** property. His wife rented the house from them. We were in the middle of doing treatments when this started.

      2. ** ******** gave them both their deposit and rent back $2800 when they complained and wanted to move. They are currently under eviction because they refused ro move out.

      3. We have retained a lawyer to pursue litigation for slander and liable

      4. The calls they made to us were blackmail, demanding that we pay them $5000 

      5. The state inspector has made no investigation into this incident

      6. He has provided no hospital or vet documents stating he went to them

      7. The documentation was given to the property manager as no one was home

      8. This individual tried to poach the account and became disgruntled and irate when the account holder declined this individuals services, he belongs to a competing company 

      9. This person has started an all out character assassination in retaliation for being evicted and failing to poach our client **** ******** [Mobile] ###-###-####.
