      I purchase 2020 dodge ram 1500 limited and com with manufactory warranty and also i bot additional warranty 7 year 100-thousand-mile full coverage bumper to bumper now the refuse to cover my truck only have 36000-mile and already have too many issue Transmision dashboard blower fan wipers working with slow speed you cannot be able to drive on rain exhaust Leake and dash electronic dashboard later bubble and more ... steel under warranty but dealer refuse coverage
      today's date 12/17/2024 if i don't get respond from this dealer I'm going to take them to court ... and i will rich out to Stellantis and i will Compian what I'm going true ..

      Thank you for taking the time to write a Customer Review. We would like to apologize for any misunderstanding you may have had regarding the purchase of the Max Care Warranty. The Max Care Warranty is exclusionary; this warranty covers mechanical and electrical as stated in your signed agreement and thoroughly explained by our well-respected and highly knowledgeable Finance Director. In addition, Erwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Inc., does not permit the abuse and harassment of employees. The excessive repeated harassing phone calls and the use of profanity towards multiple employees is absolutely not acceptable. Thank you for your business; however, at this time, we ask you to seek service at another Chrysler location as your warranty is not exclusive to Erwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Inc., so it can be used at any Stellantis/Chrysler location. Thank you.
