    we’ve had it for over a year I will say that it’s worth it. Last year we had a water alarm go off and we immediately got the alert on our phones. Upon inspection, the o ring on our water softener broke and it was leaking. This is in a garage utility closet and would’ve caused substantial damage before we would’ve caught it but instead we caught it literally immediately and saved us potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars.
    2 nights ago we realized the part of the alarm system that sends us the messages had been offline for some time. We troubleshooted and couldn’t get it working so I sent a message on the website. Not even 48 hours later and the entire thing is replaced and everything is back up and running at no cost. We are very pleased with the system as well as the customer service!

    In the whole team. At Miami valley protection. We recently had A system installed they worked With us and our budget. We recently had our first issue with the system.
    Ron came out and fixed it right away. So happy With the system in this company Would recommend to family inference one hundred percent

    We just moved into a new house and Ronnie came to install the alarms. He recommended to get extra alarms since our house is bigger. We appreciate your expertise and financing option.     Ron and the team at Miami Valley Protections has been so great to work with from educating us on the reality of emergency situations and offer a product that really does work. Unfortunately you will never know when you will be experiencing an emergency. Let me tell you I did not expect an issue with carbon monoxide the day it happened!!! I’m so grateful for having installed these OmniShield detectors to help our family be prepared. Ron even took the time personally to walk me through what to do in the moment. So grateful for this business that truly care about their customers!

    we were given alot of good information about protecting our home from smoke/heat and CO2 protection. We had the system installed. The product seems well made. Ron and Bailey were a great help. Ron did a professional job installing the equipment and setting it up. We had some issues getting the com link connected to our new wifi system and Ron helped getting it all connected and working. The equipment is alittle costly but should be worth the long term value.

    We've had a LOT of rain.. so much so the there is just no where for it to go... Unfortunately, our sump pump stop working. Thank heavens Omn Shield sent us a message! Now we were able to fix the sump before the situation got worse. It also went off in my laundry room, and I was able to get things moved so nothing got destroyed!!
