    I have been attempting to contact *** and his supervisor for the past week to obtain a letter confirming the settlement of my account. Despite leaving multiple messages, neither party has returned my calls or provided me with the requested document. Furthermore, my attempts to engage with other office personnel have been unsuccessful, as they have declined to assist me in this matter. The lack of responsiveness and cooperation from this organization is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on their ability to provide adequate customer service.

    Submitted a complaint to the **** as you had a collection agent refuse to send another validation letter on a recorded line, stated your company would not send another one. Not only did they refuse but this company lied on their **** report and stated that I refused to have one sent to me. Formal complaint lodged with the **** and has been submitted to the **** Next time conduct business lawfully, don't falsify records and you may not have so many complaints.
