      My car was towed back in November upon pain the 268 to get my car out and receiving my car I noticed that items were missing from my car. Making the police report about this and trying to contact the owner every sense. Items that were stolen include a Michael Kors book bag and wallet, laptop charger, money, and cologne. Every time I call and ask for the owner I get the same thing that he is not there or in office and I can leave a message. I have yet to receive a message back from him regarding this matter. Not a good way to do business.

      As I was picking my car up fr the tow yard the driver crashed my car into the tow truck and the damage to the bumber is from there transport. Now that they got paid there 700$, I can not get a return phone call about the damages that occurred to my car and they gave the local police department believing they are handling the matter. The owner won't respond to my phone calls. I love how my car isn't important who is gonna hold this business accountable for the damages they did.

      On Sunday, January 15th this company towed my vehicle with the key. The following Monday I retrieved the vehicle without a key. The employee who released the vehicle to me couldn't find the key so I was given contact information and told to contact said numbers to have it located. As of today, Friday January 27th the company is refusing to help. They take my call but leave me on hold and then ask for my name and number but do not ever contact me back. It's obvious that they lost the key but want me to deal with the issue instead of them. They should replace the key they lost.
