      I went in for a mountain balance for my front tires as well as an alignment and received my vehicle back and told they did the alignment as best they could and then said I had to bring it back for another alignment. I have worked in a automotive shop since 2015 and the only reason I brought it here is because we don’t have an alignment machine. But I do know how they work and I know that they are not human programmed a computer runs it in a lines it meaning there is no error on a computer to fix it unless your machine is broken. I did call after the second alignment supposedly the second one and was told that that is just how my vehicle is for the Age. I know two technicians that I’ve known for over half of my life and they both said that that is wrong. I was charged $80 for an alignment which was never done properly and the owner didn’t offer anything other than saying that I just have an old vehicle.

      Customer installed their own parts and brought the van into our shop for the alignment, we performed the alignment to the vehicle specifications, I also advised the driver to drive for a week and we would double check the front end of the vehicle to be sure everything is set to specs. We did not perform the front end repair so we are not responsible for issues with parts that may cause drivability issues.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.



      they didn’t perform the alignment I went back a week later for them to redo it and they still didn’t do it right they also claimed that they would reseal my rear tire and they didn’t there was no evidence of sealant on the tire and their response was they don’t slap it on there would still be some on there it doesn’t just leave no trace unless they washed my car off with dawn dish soap. Basically I got charge for a job that they didn’t perform I don’t trust bringing my vehicle back there for them to redo anything.
