    I have paid for my trash removal six months in advance, three of which have already been used. But they haven't collected my trash in two weeks. They have my money and are not providing the service I paid for. This is not the first time. It has happened numerous times. And when I call, no-one EVER returns my call. I would like a refund of my payment for the three months remaining on my account which would be $42.00. I went to their place of business and left my trash there, with a note that I wanted my service discontinued.

    Hello ******,

    First, I'm sorry, I did not see your email address in the first notice from the BBB.

    I am including a copy of the payment information from ****** ******, **** *********.  The customer discontinued service in a message left at our office on January 13, 2023.  The customers account is paid through the end of December 2022.   Also, they dropped their trash at our shop after the fact which they are not being charged for.  I now have to dispose of this myself in my personal trash.

    They do not owe any payments.  We do not owe any refunds.  This account is paid through December 31, 2022.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    After looking again at my paid bill, it was indeed paid until December, 2022.
