    Do NOT use this company unless you want to be treated like nothing from Jerry and unless you want to spend at least 20,000$. I've left reviews elsewhere including on Facebook as to what happened.

    This is a complete waste of a business at this point, I’ve had them come out to fix my UNIVERSAL BLOWER FAN that they installed two different times because of their negligence due to the first time they forgot to put a washer on a bolt after installing and they neglected to balance it after they fixed it the second time and broke the bracket to the fan itself and had it bouncing around inside the bird cage that houses it. And now they tell me that I have to replace my whole furnace because of their negligence. When I spent over $800 to have them replace it in the first place.

    Good morning ******* While we genuinely apologize for the ongoing issues, we did refund you all charges, $829.69 to be exact in November. We also offered to proceed with handling the repair thoroughly at no additional expense due to the issues, which we discussed with you on 10/2/2023 at 12:30PM. However, in reviewing the call you declined and said another company was going to come out already. On that same call, we even discussed Bonsky assisting with the other companies repair bill. We pride ourselves in always making things right with the customer, which we have certainly attempted to do.
