    Hiring JEM Plumbing was a huge mistake because:
    1. Pedestal sink installation: A. The faucet leaked to the point that the water must be shut off. B. There was a gap between the sink and the wall. The sink needed to be set properly on the pedestal. (They did come back and set properly, but I had to buy a new faucet from them).
    2. The experienced plumber left a first-day apprentice to install a kitchen faucet while he went shopping at **** ***** for an item he should have had in his truck. (When I complained, they did credit the hour of the service call).
    3. The kitchen faucet later leaked water onto the floor from a pipe below the sink. I called, but they would charge me for another service because I had not purchased the faucet through them. However, I bought a faucet that JEM recommended. I called **** *** Plumber.
    4. The floor was stained from the wax ring on the toilet installation. I was told that it should easily be cleaned up. It didn’t, so I had to replace those tiles.
    5. Dirt was tracked into the home; they did not wear the “footies” that most service staff wear when entering a home.
    6. Hidden costs: I supplied an administrative assistant with photos of the work needed instead of a house call for a quote. I was charged $100 for it.
    I will NEVER use them again.
