This has been a ongoing problem with them I feel sense I filed a complaint with the attorney general that I've been mistreated , ignored , mentally abused . The first case manager I had and sharp was dismissed from my understanding due to probable insurance issues I don't know then I was given another case manager in which her name was ****** ******** only a few short months after Ms ******** was assigning me she left without any kind of warning and it's not coming back till January which left me with no case manager nobody returns my phone calls now I had flooring put in they were supposed to oversee that it was done right it has not been done right and quite frankly I feel like I've been taken for my insurance money and not given any resources at all every time I call them or email them they do not get back with me even the supervisors. Not sure what's going on with this company but my next step is to call my CareSource company due to possible fraud. I would like to hear back from somebody considering I am a multiple sclerosis patient in a wheelchair. I have not been offered any resolution to what I'm going through by this company after the report to ***** ********** at the attorney general's office so I do feel this is retaliation.my only resolution right now will be for them to make this right with me by doing their job that they were paid to do.

after research it appears that the consumer is unhappy with the work completed by the home modification provider, not Direction Home Aging and Disabilities. His care manager has been in ongoing contact with the consumer about his issues on our end to try and resolve the issues.
