    Cody Baker the owner of B.D.&Sons Waterproofing was hired to complete a total of 31 feet of permanent dry waterproofing system, which was going to be connected to the system he installed a year prior. However, after the job was completed we discovered that he did not connected to the new system. On January 9, after raining all day I notified Cody that water was still coming through. He attempted to blamed it on me indicating that the water was coming from above the vinyl and said I had something going on with the wall. Finally on January 17 he came by and used hydro creek to patch an area that was allowing water to come in. I continued to get water in the basement and despite the multiple attempts to have him come and fix the issue it is now June 30,2023 and he has not honored the warranty to fix the issue. I’m fact I contacted him on January 18 to let him know that he had damaged the water heaters after he opened the valves to get water to mix the hydro creek. After having different professionals looked at the work, all came to the same conclusion and advised that I should give Cody an opportunity to make it right. Before putting new flooring I decided to remove the drywall to made sure the wall was staying dry. Unfortunately we continued to have water and so far Cody has not fixed the problem we hired him to do. I have sent him pictures and have the tread of text. I’m requesting full refund of $2,846.
