      ????? (1 star) (6/24/25) I spent $170 on acrylics and a pedicure at this salon, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The acrylics were uneven, discolored, and completely see-through not at all what I expected for that price. The pedicure was fine, but the quality of the nail work was unacceptable.When I tried to speak with someone about the issue, I was told no manager was available. Later, I received a call and politely explained my concerns, only to be told I was being difficult and then hung up on. I also asked for the managers name and was refused that information which felt unprofessional and dismissive.I was offered a $50 store credit, but only if I returned in person even though I had already explained I was flying back home to ******* and couldnt come back. All I asked for was a partial refund for the acrylic portion (about $130), not even a full refund, but they refused to accommodate or take accountability.This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this salon based on how poorly the situation was handled.

      Please note that all sales are final and we cannot assist you with your request for a refund. We encourage all guest to please speak up at the time of service if you are needing any additional assistance towards your nails. You've made no mention to the technician who was servicing you at the time of service that you disliked the nails or that they were see through. Had they have been made aware that you were unhappy with the service, they could have done an additional coat or made other corrections.Our salon manager had reached out to you as soon as they could to discuss the matters and we feel as though our staff have done their best to provide you with other alternative compensation for the service due to your situation in which you all but refused. Your request goes against our policy and would not be fair to our other customers if we were to offer you special treatment by offering a refund. We're truly sorry that you were not happy with how we chose to handle the situation. We can only hope you understand where we are coming from.

      I sat in that nail shop with my feet in water for almost an hour while my friend sat next to me and received service! I continued to ask where is a nail tech? I was told by the man at the first desk it would be an 1/2 hour! I sat there waiting and waiting! I got no service! I looked like a fool sitting Thayer with my feet in water all that time! Finally I took my feet out the water and put my shoes on to leave! I had to come back to get my friend. Other people were getting there nails done but before there were not enough techs! They knew there were not but still had be sitting there waiting and waiting. For the amount of money they charge for toes and nails there is no way the experience I had should’ve happened! It was unreasonable it was under professional and extremely disrespectful to be treated that way! I don’t know why but the system continued to choose the wrong shop the correct address is 4178 worth Avenue Columbus Ohio
