  I cannot praise AIRLOCK Insulation enough for the entire amazing experience in working with them very recently. From start to finish, I would give this company more than 5 stars if I could. From my first phone call to ****, I knew that this was the company that I wanted to go with. I continued to be impressed with prompt responses to any calls that I made and was equally impressed with the informative consultation. I consulted with 3 other companies and had to tell them what I wanted, like insulation over the attached garage and sunroom as well as baffles between all of the rafters and not just a few. AIRLOCK knew the right way to do the job without me having to tell them, which made me very confident in selecting them. They worked with me on a way to pay that was easier on my budget and on the day of install, Scribe and his team showed up with cheerful faces even though it was 85 degrees out. They removed my very old fiberglass, rodent infested insulation, sanitized, air sealed and put down a heavy blanket of beautiful fresh cellulose with measuring sticks placed to see that the R- value received was correct. The job was started and completed in one day. The process from my first phone call to the finished product was like a sprint instead of a marathon and for that I am very grateful. Instead of the air conditioner running for 14-16 continuous hours a day the air conditioner runs for maybe 3 hours on and off for the day. The difference is like night and day in terms of comfort and energy savings. Thank you AIRLOCK!!

  **** came to the house after I made sure he knew where we were and went over everything, gave a $4,000 quote and I sent him a printout of the details.   This company is awesome. Joseph and his crew did an outstanding home insulation project on my house. I say project because my job was a little involved. I highly recommend Airlock Insulation. Joseph is professional, personable, and extremely reliable. Joseph and his crew were timely and did an excellent clean up after the insulation. This is the best company that I have ever worked with!!

  Actually Joe I have an additional comment. Now that we’ve gone through a winter I feel we’ve saved at least 400.00 on heating costs. Thanks. Also I think there is one small area that needs attention. We will have to confirm. Thanks again Dan

  Hello Joseph,
  We just had to write to praise your crew because did a fabulous job insulating our attic spaces on Friday, January 20th! By the time we went to bed, the difference was so obvious. We have turned off all of our bedroom space heaters and are quite comfortable. Additionally, we can leave all the bedroom doors open in that wing of the house and not feel like we are walking into a refrigerator. Best of all, my bathroom is warm, so no more cold induced yelps sitting down in the middle of the night. LOL!
  We are so pleased and happy that things worked out for us to be serviced by your company for our East Cleveland Home Owners Grant program. Your staff was polite, personable, and professional, that's uncommon in today's world. I hope you find more business as a result of your willingness to work with East Cleveland on this project. We will certainly recommend you with confidence.

  Joe and his team were wonderful! His office staff was very friendly. Joe showed up on time to inspect my attic and give me a quote to remove and replace the attic insulation. He showed up on the day of the installation to ensure everything went smoothly. Joe and Jason listened to my concerns and they did an inspection of my attic to determine what needed to be done. They took pictures and explained their findings and gave me the price to complete the work. They were very thorough and the price was reasonable! NO high pressure sales pitch just this is what is going on and this is how we can fix it. His guys who completed the work were professional, very respectful and hard working. They sealed off areas of my home accordingly and laid out rugs to walk on to keep my home clean.
  Joe and his team are just really good people with a good work ethic!! After meeting Joe and Jason and talking to them I felt a huge sense of relief! I lost my husband to cancer and I was just so worried about getting this done by myself and Joe and his team just took all my anxiety and worries away. I feel so grateful and so blessed that I found them! They are really good people! They take great pride in their work! I highly recommend them!! It's only been a couple of days since they completed the work and I there is a huge difference in cooling my home!! It stays nice and cool now. I can't wait to see the difference its makes in my cooling and heating bills!
