      We went there to purchase a vehicle, a 2014 Infiniti QX80 VIN JN8AZ2NC1E9352682 we test drove and it was fine and then decided to purchase it a few days later. Which was January 2nd 2023.
      As we were driving the vehicle home, we live 50 miles away the check engine light came on. We took it to ******** to get a reading on the codes. It said it’s the Catalytic converter.. We took it to ******* codes read the same. We took it to our Mechanic who told us that the dealer knew about it and just turned the warning light off.
      We called Kinstle and was told to bring it back for them to look at it. A week later we picked up the car, we were told it’s fixed the light came on again, we called again, brought it back again, and again a whole week later we were told it was taken to Infinity, another week past!!
      So then we were told it would be $4800.00 to get it fixed. Don’t ever do business with them…I’m filing a complaint!
      They then agreed to take it back and get the loan paid! We get there, they charged us 2000.00 for taxes and fees! The Manger told us they could not get the sales tax from the state of Ohio. All we had was trouble, and we had to pay????
