    Bee Gee Reality listed this house as new furance and central air new flooring and up to code. Moved in Oct 1 furance stopped working in February went to turn on AC this summer does not work. Sent them a letter about AC and have called several times am.told they will contact the seller well still haven't heard from seller. Floors are weak in master bathroom bedroom utility room and lights do not work in utility room or back door. The flyer for this house said all new

    This letter is to serve as an official response to the recent complaint filed. Our company has been in business since 1985 and takes situations like this very seriously. Bee Gee Realty and Auction Co., LTD. is a dedicated sales team FOCUSED on solving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers by providing superior CLIENT SERVICE with INTEGRITY to build long term business relationships. In this situation, the seller had installed a new furnace and AC unit prior to the sale of the house. It is our understanding the units were in good working condition at the time of sale. No warranty was given or implied on the heating and cooling system. After using the furnace for a period of 4 months, the furnace broke down. We acknowledge this can be an unwanted and inconvenient event for a homeowner. We feel the house was represented correctly and that the repair of the unit is the responsibility of the new owner.
