They did an awesome job. Earn,Perry and Nicole were extremely helpful with dealing with our insurance company on replacing our roof on our house and garage and some siding and gutter and downspouts from tornado damage. We would highly recommend Roof America to anyone.

This company has done an excellent job on my home that was hit by hail. Customer service and communication was top notch. The work that was done is excellent and looks awesome. Perry did an awesome job handling the whole process. From dealing with insurance to small details finishing the job. Highly recommend.Roof America, Inc.

This company is top notch and the crew is nice and courteous. I had a very big job for them, complete tear off, repair of some damage and some changes I wanted. They did it all in one day and within budget. Earn the owner did our estimate and didn't miss a thing. And made things easier to communicate with insurance. And I can't say enough good things about Perry the job manager. He kept in contact through the whole process. And made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Couldn't have picked a better company to do the work. All the reviews online are spot on. Will hire them for next jobs and will / and have recommended them to other people. After a disastrous experience 12 years ago with a previous roofing contractor and a couple maintenances for missing shingles, I was able to get a fix for my roofing leaks and bad roofing. I had been in contact with Roof America for the past 5 or 6 years and today after a whole new roof completed by Perry and his team, I can say I feel better about rain now because I felt PTSD every time it rained for fear leaks would come into my house. My home feels whole again. Thank you much for the great work. Call them if you need roofing assistance.Roof America, Inc.

These guys are absolutely the BEST! Very knowledgeable and professional, and their level of customer service is almost unheard of these days. My roof lost some shingles in a severe storm at the end of July. I contacted 3 companies and decided on Roof America. I received a text from the insurance adjuster saying they would only pay to replace the a portion of the roof, so I immediately contacted Roof America and provided the adjuster's contact info. Earn contacted the adjuster right away, and called me less than an hour later to let me know that the insurance company was going to pay for a brand new roof! I could contact either one of these gentlemen anytime I had a question throughout the process and either Earn or Perry would return my calls or texts within a matter of minutes usually, and never more than a couple hours. They are reliable and extremely customer service oriented, and they're involved every step of the way. They showed up as scheduled, started the job just before 8:00 a.m., took a half hour lunch, and were completely finished tearing off the old roof and installing the new one - including a very thorough clean up job - and gone by 2:30 p.m.!! I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking for a roofer, or any work that they do. As far as I'm concerned, their reliability, customer service, work ethic, pricing, and job quality is the best I've seen in a long time!Roof America, Inc.

Another roofing company checked my sons roof and gave me a written estimate. I had Roof America to check out the roof. Perry found hail damage on the roof and worked with the insurance company which eventually payed for a new roof. Thank you Perry for your persistence in getting the insurance company to pay for the roof. Excellent job all around!Roof America, Inc.
