    Allied Exterminators Inc. came to our home on March 14, 2023 to spray for ants. They sprayed the basement, first floor, and second floor. Tonight, we found a zillion ants in one of the bathrooms on the second floor. I promptly called the company stating that their spraying was ineffective. Let me mention, that the company was paid in full $199.80 on the day of the service. A bill arrived on Saturday, March 18, 2023. I called the company on Monday, March 20, 2023 telling them that the bill was paid on March 14, 2023, and that they had cashed the check on March 15, 2023. I further stated that Henry, who did the exterminating on 3/14/23 asked for my email address and that a receipt would be sent. I never received a receipt. I explained that to the person on 3/20/23 who said she would send one immediately. I waited and waited and one never arrived. I called again that day, asking for the receipt, and she replied that one would be sent again. Never arrived. Now tonight, we find a zillion ants in the bathroom. The bill that was received on 3/20/23 states 60 DAY FOLLOWUP. I just called the company again tonight, 3/27/23, stating that we found a zillion ants and want the problem rectified with EFFECTIVE ant spray. I further stated that I would be calling back in the morning for a time when they will return and do an effective job promptly, not next week.

    RECEIVED VIA PHONE BY BBB STAFF MEMBER:

    The business has stated that they went back out to the consumer's home the day after the complaint was filed to address their concerns. The business has not received any other calls from this consumer since that service. The consumer currently has a zero balance and a receipt was emailed to the address currently on file with the BBB.
