    I bought a pair of harley pistons advertised a 3.498" the pistons measured 3.470. When I complained I was told the pistons were undersized but the rings made up the difference. Yes Beth, I have your email stating this. Specs say .002 clearance which 3.498 plus .002 adds up to 3.500 which is correct piston size 3.470 is .028 too small. Last order with them and time for warning people before money is spent for junk.

    We do not manufacture these pistons we purchased them and resell using manufacturers specs. If something is incorrect or will not work for customer, we will look into it and correct and make things right.

    Their personnel is very uninformed of what parts go on what carts or trikes they screwed up three or four of my orders I had to return product ship new product pay for shipping, and now they sold me rims slicks that you can’t buy PVC sleeves for they don’t carry that size I can’t find 11 inch inside diameter PVC sleeve so the rims and snakes are useless to me. This business is a joke I would recommend never ever buying anything from this company they are horrible. They don’t know what they’re doing. Their personnel is uneducated when it comes to parts and applications.

    Lawrence purchased rims and slicks for a drift trike about a year ago and called back saying he could not get the sleeves he purchased from Amazon to fit. We are currently out of stock on sleeves and have been waiting for a shipment of material to come in and are hoping to have it in soon. It is sad seeing people act like this.
