    Never again will I take an animal to Bruns Animal Clinic in Versailles. We had to take our 16 year old cat to be put down last week and I specifically asked multiple times to have a paw print and his ashes returned. My brother went to pick up his ashes for me since we were out of town and there was no paw print (which I got charged for) …. i called them first thing this morning to ask about it and the lady continued to argue with me and told me that she handed me his paw prints before I left last week, even bet me her entire paycheck that she knows for a fact she handed me his paw prints. I think I would remember or have his paw prints if she handed them to me. Pretty sure they just forgot to do them so now I get to explain to my kids why they have no paw print of their cat. Also once I got the “ashes” back it looked like somebody stomped on the remaining bones just to crumble them all up.
    Let me add this is not our normal vet! This was an emergency and the last place we called who could get us in before we left for vacation the next morning. I would not recommend this vet to anyone!!!
