    My 17-year-old daughter's 2004 Ford Taurus brakes failed yesterday, on a Friday, 09/30/2022, in the evening on her way home from work. So I sent a message to RED Automotive on Facebook messenger at around 10 pm to see if I could get it on Saturday on a reference from a friend who used their services before. To my surprise, they answered immediately and asked me to call in the morning to see if they had room in their schedule to look at it.
    Sure enough, at 10 am, when they opened, I called, and Ron answered and said to bring the car in, and they would make it work. Ron told me it needed brakes and the lines flushed, but she would be good till Monday after the repairs he did today as she needed the car for homecoming tonight. He told me I could pay when I returned for the other work and gave me the car so my daughter could get to homecoming tonight. Not only did Ron fix the vehicle today, but he made a dad look like a hero to his daughter, getting it done so she could drive to her dance.
    RED Automotive is very responsive and honest as they come. If I had to describe this place in one word, it would be INTEGRITY! I told Ron I wanted the work completed and would bring the car in on Monday to have them finish the work.
    This is a family-run business, and they show they care from the word GO. I cannot stress enough that if you need your car repaired, bring it here. This family is the real deal and will treat you like a part of their family with their service, pricing, and, most of all, care for you and your vehicle.
    If you do not come down, you have missed out on being treated how a repair shop should treat a customer. I left a review on Google but wanted to leave a message here since I didn't see reviews for all to read on Facebook. I wish there were another way to show people how GREAT this shop and the people are. See yourself and visit RED Automotive; you will be glad you did.
