    This man is very unprofessional didn't put my car back together the correct way did a horrible job on the tint job my car has been fixed twice by him already and he is refusing to answer phone to fix another window. I want my money back so I can go elsewhere. I'm done dealing with him and his tint has lifetime warranty DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH HIM!

    This woman had window tint, previously installed on her car from another shop that she decided to remove herself and made a huge mess of it, which made it take our shop all day to remove the glue and the window tint that was left over from her trying to take it off herself. I explained to her from the very beginning that it was not going to be perfect because of the old film not being professionally removed. I spent eight hours on her car cleaning off the old glue and then re-tinting. I explained to her that I never have to remove the rear deck on vehicles, but I had to on her car  Because of the way the original film was ripped off and a quarter of it was stuck on the glass down in the rear deck. I explained that to her before I did it and that I dont normally do that but I went ahead and did it for her to try to make her happy. I explained to her that the window tint might not come out perfect  Because of all of the mess that was on the windows. I do not offer cash refunds. I have offered multiple times to fix whatever windows need fixed. This woman started messaging me on my social media ******** profile at 10 PM at night being completely irate about the window tint job that I explained to her was never going to be perfect , most of the cost was for the expensive ceramic film that she chose. The only thing I will do is fix any window tint that needs fixed even though I explained to her it would not be perfect because of the previous film
