    On Dec 30th 2pm I called and placed an order for 2 small **** ***** and 14 cupcakes. The call took 20 minutes to gather all the details and I was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes while she put everything in computer. The problem starts when she tells me I need to come in and prepay for the order (which is for the next day). I asked if this was a new policy and she said no. I was annoyed but said ok and disconnect.I called back and had to wait another 20 minutes to talk to someone and tried to do it over the phone but the lady said my card was declined. The order is $39.97.2 hours later, I arrive and I immediately see the sign posted in bakery - all orders over ***** must be prepaid. I ask why am I being forced to prepay when my cake is under the threshold plus its for new years a holiday it makes no sense. In fact, no one wanted to even take my money - the deli and hot food was annoyed that bakery was being so ************ I ask her Is this because ** ****** I have an MBA and I own my own home I would not order a cake and not pick it up.The next day I arrive to pick up the cake and the bakery (different woman) rips everything off the cake said its for her records so security chased me down and called the police when I left the store.I really cant believe this happened. ****** is a s*** hole and I only went to that location because it was near the bowling sleet I was going too. I will never step foot in giant eagle elm rd again and I will share this story with anyone and e ******** willing to listen. I wish I didnt need the cakes because for $39.97 I certainly would go somewhere else. All of this for $39.97!

    Can't give them a 0 they advertise deals in store with their app and make the process so complicated that it's too much of a hastel to get the deal at the register its complete false advertising. The employees can't even explain how to get the advertised price
