  BUYER BEWARE: I enrolled in the legal nurse consulting certification. Paid the fee. Bought the book. Studied and took the test for the first class. In that process I failed the test. I took it 3 times.56% 62%and 52% with passing score of 70% on a 50 question test I was instructed to reach out to the instructor who is the owner of the program. I had the test printed out and downloaded to my computer. I asked for the failing results so that I would not have to pay again for the course but was denied. I worked with the instructor. Copied and pasted the direct questions and the answers. Received the clarification that I needed well at-least I thought I did. But unfortunately I failed again with a 52%. 52% and 52%!In that segment I was told by Mr ***** that they put random answers in the testing system which returned a 33%. Now at this point I paid 1/2 price for 3 more retries. I took time to study. I ****** searched every question and added the answers from the instruction. I had my original test that was only 5-6 questions before passing. Took the test 11/26 and received a 52%. I was astonished especially since Mr ***** stated that obviously I didnt understand the questions and that is why I failed. Very discouraging. To be told that I was slow in comprehension. I guess he expected another 1/2 course fee. But he is getting this critique. Now I have a *** in informatics so there is very little that I dont comprehend. For all that desire to take courses at this online platform please be mindful and dont let anything stop you from learning. I learned that the course is offered for free at other institutions that except people with perceived weaknesses. Like not being able to review what you got wrong and to be provided a chance for informative correction. I finally asked for all test to be provided and only received the one from yesterday. This is a scam me out of more money and waste my time. Knowledge is power and correct information is fee. A cover up is expensive.

  This is an unfortunate posting by this student. It is also inappropriate for many reasons. First, the student only once asked for help/faculty assistance from the course author/ instructor, in September. There were six (6) questions that she was having difficulty with on the course examination. The faculty member reviewed each of the six items on the exam with her and discussed the correct responses to the questions, etc. It should be noted when she took the examination the last time, she received an incorrect for three (3) of the six (6) questions that the faculty member had gone over with her, via email, and had reviewed the correct responses with her. This is very confusing as the student hah been given a review of those correct responses, yet, missed three (3) of them on the examination. She was provided the appropriate assistance that she asked for. She was also instructed to please contact the faculty member again with any other questions she may have. She never again contacted the faculty member. That is the first issue we have with this posting. Any fees for re-takes of the examination after the first were "waived" by us, however, the student fails to mention this in her post. Because she was insisting that something was wrong with our computerized examination program causing her to fail the exam, our administration tested the program on multiple occasions finding the program to be in absolute working order with all of the correct responses to the exam programmed in correctly. This evaluation was completed many times by us due to her complaints. It is also noted that well over a thousand nurses have successfully completed this particular course exam without difficulty over the years; the fail rate for this exam has been around 1% over the years. This student was also demanding all of the correct answers to the examinations when she failed them. Our academic policies are well posted for our students. We allow students opportunities to re-take examinations. Just providing them the answers to the questions they missed goes against our academic policies and standards. This was explained to her many times, however she kept demanding the correct answers be given to her. In the spirit of being cooperative with our students, we believe that this course may not be for this student, and we have processed a refund to her for the full amount of the price of this course.
