    Placed an order online for 2 gallons gear oil Hyper 500 part #********. Received a phone call from **** asking if this is a legit order from me as she was concerned it was a scam. I stated it is legit. She said she needed to check her order from me again and said the order part # is for a quart. She said she would charge me for the full price of a gallon instead of what was listed online. 78 years in business and it's not my fault you're advertising misleading online prices. Had I known $56 for a gallon of gear oil was the price, I never would have bothered. Chalk it up to a mistake and honor the sale. Don't try and lie to your customers by saying it's a fraud order because of your errors. And then have an attitude when I'm caught of guard in confusion about an order. Please do better in customer relations!

    **** is correct. I did call him at first to verify the order was legit and not fraud, as the items ordered are sometimes fraud targeted products. At this point, I noticed we had an error on our website. We mistakenly had the part number for the quart, listed as a gallon description, at the price for the quart, and also an incorrect photo. The difference in pricing is a quart is $16, and a gallon is $46. I apologized for the mistake, but told him we could not honor that price, as the difference was a total of $60 in product, plus probably another $25 to $40 in shipping costs from **** to *********. We refunded his order completely, and I explained it was simply human error but he would not accept that answer. Yes, we have been in business for 78 years and we all do make mistakes, but most people would understand human error.
