    The worst company ever. Car has less then ****** miles on the car. The fuel pump went and it was under warranty. We explained to them the next day the car doesnt feel right. There words were to drive it until the check engine light comes on. Now less then a week later the car over heated and shut down in the middle of the highway. they dont care about the customer safety. Also who ever I spoke to about getting a rental car because of their mistake. Also because we paid the extra for that. They state that they dont have any cars to loan out.

    I dealt with *** and am very pleased to say that it was a great experience. They had exactly what I was looking for in a used car. They were willing to adjust the price to make it afford. I definitely will do business with them in the future.

    Buyer beware! I bought a used vehicle from **** Valley last November and within the first 90 days I spent $4600.00 to make it dependable enough to drive to work. July 2nd and the transmission just went out. I am now without a vehicle for my summer vacation and have to wait 2 more days just to get it in to be looked at. Not happy with them at all.

    Dave Cole, owner & operator of Cole Valley Cadillac didn't fulfil his obligations for turning in my leased vehicle. During divorce, I wanted the leased vehicle transfered to my name. I wanted it turned in and buy another car. I even sent links of some cars I liked in his lot, Dave called me back after 2 weeks stating that he was skiing & out of the office. Heard from him on 1/30 & told him to show me some vehicles and return my call NO LATER than 1/31. Never heard from him & went to another Cadillac dealership.

    Their web site advertised a ***** 1 (6 quart) full synthetic oil change for *****. I even called to confirm this before scheduling. So I was sticker shocked and a bit confused as to why my statement was 194!! The tech over filled my crankcase by 2 quarts ** ***** ** *** ***** ***** ** ** *** *****. I believe their tech thought my car was the Buick Lucerne super which does take 8 quarts because its a 4.6 North Star motor but my car is a Buick lacrosse super which is the ls4 5.3 motor which is the same as their Cadillac Escalades (4.8, 5.3 and 6.2 up to 2014) and takes only 6 quarts and uses the same filter. So unless this shop doesnt service Escalades (which I find hard to believe) they cannot use the excuse we had to special order parts. I posted a picture below of their advertisement actively displaying a ***** 1 6 qt full synthetic oil change for *****. But even by their mistake of overfilling my crankcase by two quarts, it still should not have spiked my bill to $194 over the advertised *****. At most my bill should have been around 95/100. I feel I was ripped off and scammed. Ive reached out to S.C. Via email to ask why was I charged more than double the advertised prices and never heard back. They dont care, this speaks loudly on their part. Ill be sure to spread the word everywhere about my experience with them.
