      They refused to fix a nonfunctioning bathroom for months during the pandemic lockdown, these people are such slumlords it's cartoonish.Their strategy is to buy up properties and push out existing tenants to bring in a whole new host of people who won't complain about the significantly higher rent and lack of basic maintenance. They coast by without repercussion because they target people too poor to ****

      My building had two hot water tanks go down at the same time. That was before Thanksgiving. Still have not fixed them, and there's one hot water tank working for 3 floors. When Brookfall Group took over, raise the rent $100. They could have done it a better way. Put in crappy shower heads and toilets. It's time to take other cold shower :(
