    In March of 2021 my home suffered roof damage. In April I entered an agreement with Wiltrout Roofing for a roof replacement. After an extended unexplained wait, the work was done in September and payment was made in full. Within less than a year it was obvious the work was faulty because the ceiling in the upstairs hallway showed some serious water damage. Mr. ******************** came out and said the sealing wasn't done properly and said he fixed it. That damage still exists. In April of this year during a heavy rain there was a steady stream of water pouring in by my fireplace. That leak seems to correspond to the flashing around the chimney. I called the company many times and never received a call back or an appearance from anyone. In frustration, I called my insurance agent through **** and he tried calling and didn't get any results. Last night we had a heavy rain and the ceiling is leaking again and the tiles on the hearth have wet grout. I can't get repairs done until the roof issues are resolved. None of this damage was my fault and seems to be the result of poor workmanship. I don't want to panic every time it rains. I don't believe that I should be the one paying for the resulting damage.
