    My experience was absolutely fantastic! From ***** in sales, to ****** and **** on delivery. They were all very professional and prompt. Their pricing is extremely fair and the quality of the building is great! Thank you so much Steel City Sheds, 10 star customer service goes a very long way!

    I would like to share my experience about this company. First off my hat is off to ******* who did a absolute fabulous job helping me find and get a shed built, delivered and set up in less than a week. The shed is absolutely great quality and looks beautiful at the place I am employed. Her attention to detail and going above and beyond was simply amazing. The building itself added such an improvement to our facility. And I can also testify to the great pricing I was offered. I think it is impossible for someone to find better pricing than at Steel City Sheds. Not only was the pricing fantastic, but included free delivery which was 100 miles away and also incuded free set up. Before buying a shed or any other type of structure, check out Steel City Sheds in ******, ****. Thanks again to this company and ******* for a job well done.

    Beware of this company. I Purchased a gazebo and the quality of the build was absolutely horrible. There is absolutely NO way these building are Amish built. I could not believe how this gazebo was put together. Told me they were sending a guy out to repair the problems but he never showed up. These people are the biggest scammers out there. Wont return my calls or answer any text messages. I have pictures that I will be sharing with everyone and everybody. Nothing but broken promises with these people from the get go. Everything from major clumps of wood putty to fill in areas where they cut boards to short to spindles being spaced incorrectly and looking absolutely terrible. Every one of the deck board was cut to short and crooked. Tons of nails that missed boards when being nailed and are sticking out. Railing that is not even close to being square and not even. Just absolutely disgusted with this whole purchase from the start.     You bought a gazebo for 2200 that was built and delivered in 3 days we offered to send out a service tech to cut the couple nails that were missed but that isn't good enough we have no association with timber creek and you know that your just saying that to try cause problems I'll have a attorney reach out if that isnt removed we've offered to send someone out to fix the issues but now that won't be happening have a good day!

    Shady company told them no after reading reviews and wanted cash app for down payment that just has scam all over it then got buthurt when I said no n gave me an attitude and blocked me dont waste your time or money here just another scam

    That is not true we offered to take a card we have 3 bad reviews and sold 500 sheds in the past 2 years you were offered a building set up a contract and then ghosted us

    HORRIBLE company do not use.All reviews previously made are spot on how this company is. **** who claims he is the owner is extremely unprofessional. I called to question the delivery process and was told completely different information then I was previously given and when questioned why I was told something different his answer was the guy I talked to was just trying to make a sale I asked to have this cancelled (shes was not even build yet) I was told he would *** me and ended the call with have a good day a******. Disgusting and deserved a negative

    You purchased a building that was 14 ft wide and didn't have the space to fit it in your driveway you were told several times you had to have the space for the building we tried to deliver your building twice and you just bought 3 weeks ago we did everything on our end you were buying rent to own we can't build it onsite and for some reason you just couldn't understand that we did our best to deliver you a building but you didn't do your part and make sure you had the proper space beforehand

    HORRIBLE COMANY, THEY HAVE RENTED ME A SHED , AND THE ONE SIDE WINDOW ****S , SO THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED THE **** AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO GET AHOLD OF THEM , AND IT WORKED FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND NOW IT ****S AGAIN, AND I EMAILED THEM AND THEY ARE NOW HARRASING ME AND SAYING I AM MAKIN IT **** , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    They deserve negative stars but thats not an option! Horrible company, the owner ***************************** came out and delivered my shed and the ramp wasnt with it. When asked wheres the ramp he said it wasnt on the paperwork. I then showed him the messages between me and their representative that I had been dealing with and made the$ ******* deposit to and he said that was her mistake for not putting it on his paperwork not his. I asked him to bring the ramp and he said they wouldnt drive back here for a ramp. I then asked to deduct the cost of the ramp and he said I either pay the full remaining balance of $4443.47 or he was loading the shed back up and leaving with the shed and my deposit. After writing a check (per his request) for the remaining balance he said hes not taking a check and I would have to pay cash or hes taking it! Absolutely horrible company! Do yourself a favor and pick another company for your shed/building needs!

    That whole story is a lie you wrote us a bad check for the remaining balance and pulled * *** on our delivery driver I've never dealt with a worse customer than you and you lied about being a first responder to even get the free ramp to begin with so you stole 200 dollars from us and cost us 35 for a bad check that you wrote everything from day 1 has been a issue with you we have hundreds of 5 star reviews on ******** you were absolutely TERRIBLE

    I was under the impression these sheds were being built on-site when they arrive fully Assembled they were not gonna fit the owner wanted me to take down my fence retaining wall and trees they were even trying to leave these in my neighbors yard. The owner said I was taking them it didnt matter where I put them and then called me a dirty **** I have all this on video. I asked them to leave my property after a few times they finally left but threatened to *** me on a rent to own deal they said I should of measured if they were clear that it came fully assembled I would of said forget it but they were not clear on anything they apparently only assembled onsite within 150miles

    You bought a shed that was rent to own and didn't have the room to get it in you told us you would steal the building and sell it if we left it there so we took it no one told you they were built on site and you had no messages to back that up even showed you where it said we don't build on site we are suing you in Trumbull County small claims court for this transaction
