  Waiting on a shed for almost a year now. **************** people keep saying the owner will call us back. Hes the only one with the power to refund our money. No calls. No shed. No refund. Horrible, horrible. Do not work with these people.

  Don't order from here. They are horrible to deal with. Especially the owner ***. We got our shed over 10 weeks late. The main office NEVER answers the phone. ***, the owner, told me "we are not in the customer service business, we are in the shed building business". He also hung up on me and blocked my number when I called him to try to find out when I was getting my shed. He also is extremely rude right off the bat when he answers his phone. They expect you to take delivery the very next day when they call to set up delivery and if you cannot then you get bumped to the bottom of the list and have to wait even longer. They always give you the run around too. I suggest not wasting your time and go else where.

  I bought a shed in nov. last year,was told 6 to 10 weeks After trying to contact them i learned they changed there number and never sent any notice .Took me awhile to get the phone number so i could ask where my shed was and when it would be delivered .After a number of times just getting the run around finally was told they couldn't find the door i wanted. So we looked on line and found one in stock at the ****** in Streestboro so i called them up told him i found one he said our doesn't have it i said *********** does so go get it I want my shed i Paid cash for upfront . So i finally got my shed with the door last week of July after waiting 9 months for it,i had to have my lawyer write them a letter also. Bad business to order from . They don't care about about the person they are selling to.Only out to get your money.

  Do not buy a shed from this company!! I ordered one in April 2022. Was told it would take **** weeks. We are now in week 17 and still no shed. They also will not return my calls when they say they will get back to me the next day, I was promised then to have it in ten days and that was three weeks ago. They have held over $2,400 of my money for four months. Do not fall into this scam they advertise cheap prices and do not deliver at all!! You pay for nothing!

  DO NOT BUY FROM TIMBERCREEK. I ordered in ******* was told 6 to 8 weeks to be delivered got it in June horrible construction nailed into wood that wasn't there they say Amish built both Amish crews quit. I have been waiting for a month to get fixed won't return calls just texted the girl there she replied I quit call office. When you do get to talk to someonethey are rude and disrespectful and all they due is lie. I can't believe that they r allowed to stay in business. Wish I would have checked the BBB before I gave them my money. They said if I cancelled the order they would charge me a restocking fee of 300 dollars I replied how can you charge me a restocking for something that's not even built yet. STAY AWAY FROM THEM they advertise on fa ebook marketplace under persons name trying to hide business name because of horrible reputation they have.

  Worst customer service ever!!!! In fact it is non - existent!!!!!!! We ordered a shed in April and have not heard a word from this company. First they changed their phone number, then the mailbox is constantly full. Site forced me to add a star.No stars at this time. Still waiting on a reply. Tried phone, text, and email. No response.

  Bought a 10 x 16 Gazebo off the lot. Experience was seamless, good quality and delivered quickly. Delivery was smooth and driver paid attention to details of Placement.

  If I could give them a zero I would! We made the mistake of buying quickly because the price was good without looking at reviews. Ordered in November and was told **** weeks and after A LOT of phone calls we finally got it in May 6 MONTHS LATER!! Then at delivery he said it was too wet and slippery to set it on the concrete pad we had poured in our back yard so he left it in our side yard and acted like it was no big deal for him to come back after it dried a bit. So here we are 3 weeks later calling them daily with no response and now have to pay another company to move it for us. Please DO NOT BUY from them!! The money savings is not worth the time wasted and headache!!!
