    hi, I hired this company for a cleaning service, at which time they took my payment information.. when scheduling the cleaning i was given the option to take an area off of the list to be cleaned to have the amount adjusted for a lower price. i opted to take my bedroom off the list since i wasn't ready for it to be cleaned and had the door shut closed. when the cleaners came they stated that my home would need deep cleaning and i approved the upcharge. got home and the list stated they cleaned the microwave, it wasn't cleaned, the shoes at the door where previously lined up, they shoved them under my kitchen table. when i went in my room, the cleaners had entered the closed door that wasn't supposed to be enter since they weren't cleaning it; had thrown my lamps, lamp shades on the floor and inside the hamper. put a small suitcase and miscellaneous clothing all over my bed, and a box was also thrown in the bedroom.. that was a clear violation because no one gave them permission to enter the room nor to use it to throw what they choose at will in the room. when i contacted them about the discrepancies, i was told they would come out fix said issues.. they only cleaned the microwave and lined my shoe correctly in the kitchen but the main concern i had was not rectified which was the entrance into the bedroom and throwing things that wasn't authorized to be put in the room. no one would respond to my compliant. I never got a call back, after a month this company decides to charge my account as if it was ok to come back after the unauthorized entrance to my bedroom was never resolved and without speaking to me first. i have pictures of everything that was done and i also have all emails and text messages stating they would correct the issues. I've called and left several messages asking them to call me back and they will only respond in a generic text back, stating they will set up a time to call me, i replied call me back NOW.. still no response.
