    Woke up to no heat Christmas morning. Contacted our home warranty company. They finally got hold of Sean's 4 Seasons Heating and Air. Yesterday my husband called Sean Dillard (the owner) at 3:02 pm. No answer so my husband left voicemail. My husband called Sean Dillard again at 5:52 pm. Again no answer so we left another voicemail. Finally at 5:57 pm Sean Dillard called my husband and said he would call us back as soon as he got to his office.We waited another 2 hours before calling our home warranty company back to see if they could get in touch with Sean Dillard as we couldn't get in touch with him. Sean Dillard lied to the home warranty company and told them that he spoke to my husband and said he couldn't help us until Thursday!! That was an absolute lie! The only thing Sean Dillard told us was that he would call us as soon as he got to his office. What kind of business runs this way? Definitely would NOT recommend Sean's 4 Season's Heating and Air. Sean Dillard doesn't know how to run a business and I wish I could give this business ZERO stars.
