    This is our local internet I have used for years. Recenly the service has been very spotty. The last 2 times the business said they could do nothing to help me and suggested I find another provider. So this left me to use my cell service hotspot to get internet. Plus I work from home. Only when I told him I was filing a complaint to BBBB, the internet improved. I have hear this same complaint from others and heard also that he turns down the speed of the internet (I can't prove it but if you complain to him, it improves). I even pay extra for the business package to insure I have enough internet to work from home, which is still sketchy.

    customer was not happy with current service ot did not meet there expected quality, weekly complaint calls would indicate such.   they simply demanded better service than we were able to supply.  customer husband became irate on recorded voice mail when i told them there were better services for less monthly cost. they have access to at least 3 different services .

    I did them a favor.  nothing wrong with being honest.

    there will be no refund , they had service up to the day I was told to disconnect the service
