  Looked over my wifes car, timing chain needed replaced. i told her to take it to this place to have it fixed. The mechanic told her it just needed a tune up. Charged us 600$ and gave the car back to her, one week later the timing chain broke and ruined my Engine. i dont know if they are sexist and the mechanic just felt like he knew better than she did or if he was just plain incompetent. Wasted my money, time and an engine.

  Took my vehicle in to get a repair on my clutch i took the vehicle in on a Thursday had to call them back the following Friday they had done no work on the car!!!!! When i inquired what was being done he said it would be to expensive and refused to get me real quotes. Said he would look around if i was serious unbelievable customer service. I then went to get the vehicle towed away but not before the owner cornered me about getting 120$ out of me. The owner told me over the phone that he was a ******* vet and that he did things over there wen i was a baby im not joking. Literally the most insane person and buisness. Take your car literally anywhere elses

  Mr W****** called E & H Auto Clinic stating that he has a 2012 Ford Focus and asked if we replace clutches. We responded that we did and Mr. Winters said he would get the vehicle towed here. When the vehicle arrived on a wrecker, we noticed it was an automatic transmission and not a manual transmission therefore it does not have a clutch. We then ran a computer scan test and a relearn on the ECM. After the relearn the transmission still would not shift. We then called Mr. ******* and asked him if he would like us to get prices on a replacement transmission and he said yes. ****** Engine & Transmission does not offer a transmission for that vehicle. We called the Ford dealership and the price was $9000.00, then called two salvage yards and it was priced between $3000 - $7000 depending on the mileage. Mr. ******* decided at that time, it was to expensive and did not want us to repair it. We did charge him for our computer scan test and half hour of labor plus tax. Mr. ******* then asked what my experience was, and I stated that I have been in business for 44 years, 9 years at a dealership and 4 years before that in the United States Air Force. He asked what I did in the Air Force, and I stated I was a jet aircraft mechanic on B52's during Vietnam. He then called me an old man and a baby killer and said he did not want us fixing his vehicle. He proceeded to get the vehicle towed elsewhere.
