    This man did not give us a correct refund. We gave him cash $500 for the monthly rate at his campground which he billed every 28 days, as he does not accept any other form of payment. We used $0 electricity. We simply were not there. We transferred to another area and 6 days later we notified him that we would need a refund. We expected the refund to be prorated at the agreed amount. 500/28 = $17.86/daily rate. The amount that we expected to pay him was $107.16 for the 6 days. It took 12 days for us to receive a refund after several texts and when we went to pick up our refund He changed our rate without our consent to $40/day for 6 days. Meaning he kept $240 for himself and only refunded us $260 instead of the $392.84 that we were owed.
