    I’ve been ordering from this company for going on 4 years now and over time the company has gone down hill. You can order something that shows 1-2 days processing time and then after those days have passed it still does not ship out. The days “magically” change on their website to longer even know the order has been processed. The last 3 orders it’s always a few days after the time allotted that they made that it finally ships out. If you pay for faster shipping do not always expect it to get there because since they change the processing time on you it pushes the delivery date further back and they don’t tell you about it. I used to love this company but like I said it’s gone down hill. I’m stuck ordering from them because my customers are used to the scents they make. If you have to order make sure you do it atleast a week prior to what you’re expecting it to be delivered because most of the time it does not ship out on time. The customer service is not great either all the do is repeat the same thing over and over.

    I’ve been purchasing from them for about two years. I recently purchased 6 16 ounce bottles of oil. One of the cents narcissist had zero cent in the bottle it was all a carrier oil. They absolutely will not give me my money back they will not take it back to see if there’s anything wrong that refused to take any responsibility. As soon as I complained they took it out of stock and told me that it was all sold out. This is not the first time that they have sold bad product. I am out $44 plus shipping and tax. I’ve already found another company that sells it and has a much better reputation and I will file a complaint against them with my credit card company.
