My husband and I wanted to have a patio poured in our backyard. After posting on social media looking for contractors from the community, Josh Henly replied suggesting his business, Concrete Transformations & Remodeling. The warning was there in the beginning of our conversations via text message, but I chose to give the benefit of the doubt, which I would later regret.

Josh came to our house and gave us an estimate. We did not choose to go with him, thankfully, and upon telling him so respectfully, we have been harassed for months as to why we didn't choose him, along with numerous requests (demands) to hand over our estimates from other contractors.

More recently, he has began to leave voice clips that are menacing in nature and vulgar text messages. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT call this company!

I went into conract with this company to pour a concrete patio ,construct a four season sun room, extend my drive way to rear of house in front of garage, pour a concrete sidewalk from patio to man door of garage and exted drive in front of house. I paid him in full to order the sun room and 50% owed on to start my project and then paid him remaining balance after concrete was poured because he complained my project put him in red due to whether and equipment rental. The day he poured my concrete, a complaint was filed for not having the proper permits for my project. I then found out he was not licensed, bonded or insured. Required by the city to obtain these permits, he then got these things. He went back and forth with the city on what they wanted from him to complete my project. He kept telling me he was waiting on city. Had to hire a structural engineer (which I paid for) to do a stamped report (didn't pour proper footers for sun room) . After months of no solid answers as to where we stood I contacted the engineer, who told me it was my contracts responsibility to file the report. I contacted the city who he had not submitted proper sight plans to. Found out he botched another project for someone I know through a social media post and I had made the comment he had done the same to me. He saw the post and told me the city had my butt and he would sue me for slander, consider our contract terminated and he would see me in court. He then continued to send nasty text message and voice text (which I have kept) to me as well as my younger sister. At that point I thanked him for the messages I would be forwarding to my attorney. He said he would see me in court and I told him I look forward to it. The majority of my project has to be ripped out and redone because he did not do it properly and I have a four season sun room sitting on pallets in my driveway since May.
