    These guys are awesome internet providers. Customer service is great. It's a local company. Their technicians are polite and very knowledgeable. I love North Coast Wireless.

    My complaint is about your business and an employee.
    On several occasions I have spoken to James in the past and he has lied too me one to many times and basically said that I was lying.
    On April 24th around 6:00 I called and had a ticket put in because my internet kept going out. The lady that's I spoke to on the phone said that somebody would call. Nobody called that night. Nor did they call Thursday April 25th. So I called I think maybe in the morning of April 25th and spoke to James and I asked him why nobody has called me yet. His words to me were that they had the wrong phone number on file for me. And then in the same breath told me that if it wasn't for the lady that took the note to call me, that they would not have been able to call me if she would not have put my phone number on that note. Number one you didn't call me I called you. So I let that go and I asked him when somebody was going to be out and he said well he had somebody in the New London area hopefully today but if not tomorrow which was last Friday April 26th. I said okay. I was happy with that. Thursday nobody called or came, Friday nobody called or came, Monday nobody called or came, same with Tuesday and I ended up calling and speaking to James again about 12:30 in the afternoon. I asked him when somebody was coming out I said you told me last Thursday you had somebody in the area if not Thursday Friday and I haven't had a call or a visit from anybody. He told me that that wasn't true that he never said that. First of all customers are always right and I know what he told me and if nobody wants to believe me pull the call and listen to it. He has lied to me for the last time he's rude, he doesn't want to help his customers, and makes excuses all the time on why they're not here. Customers don't want to hear that you sell a product you demand payment you need to deliver and on time. And I do have to say that this business of yours has the poorest and worst customer service ever.
