    This woman answered the phone the conversation started off well, I informed her of some damage to one of my cars, she informed me that because my car has damage on it she couldn't offer me insurance on my car. My husband still drives this car so if he got pulled over he wouldn't have proof of insurance?!? As I am asking this she's not listening, she's talking over me then she HUNG UP!!! IM TRYING TO GET CAR INSURANCE and not just on ONE vehicle!!! The UNPROFESSIONALISM OF THIS WOMAN IS APPALING. She was VERY RUDE. And I've been with gieco before!!! I've never had the courtesy of dealing with someone so blantly changed how they decided to talk to me. I was not yelling I was not shouting I was literally talking. I'm in a office so me raising my voice isn't a option. The fact I wanted to even consider gieco to insure me and my family is now out the window. I as a citizen have seen some pretty messed up vehicles from accidents still be insured and not get fixed. Or have coverage before the damage. I WILL NOT advise ANYONE to go through gieco. And ESPECIALLY talking on the phone with our IN PERSON OFFICE lady. Like you would have not dismissed me or been as rude if I walked in the building. We would have finished the dang quote at LEAST FOR MY OTHER VEHICLE.
