      Unreliable bus service and very limited communication with families. They do not seem to know where are children are located while in their care riding the bus. Disgraceful.

      This is zero stars!!!! The ****** worst bus company ever!!! Before I even tell them anything I ask what time did the bus come to my daughter’s stop and *** would call *** and tell me the time they have the bus at my child’s stop.. My child has been out there during the time they say “it came” but why is she constantly being missed? Either someone is lying or the bus driver is messing with the GPS or something because ain’t no way the bus is coming at these times but my child is texting me saying the bus still isn’t here!!!! Shady *** bus company

      Never ride with them they made me late to school, work and are now forcing me back as I have nowhere else to go thats not going to make me pay out of pocket!
