    I bought the Evenflo pump machine from ****** on 05/26/2024 for $121.99. The product is supposed to pull the nipple, but even though I set the suction power to the last setting, it does not pull at all. It is defective or a product fault. It does not show even 1% effect when placed on the breast. From here it can be understood that it is defective. buy another brand
    I had to try it and it really worked. This product is definitely defective. They told me that I should contact the ****** business and make a return. The business does not accept returns of the product because it has been opened. I cannot understand how the product works or not without opening it. I want to return the product and get my payment back.

    I purchased an Evenflo breast pump from ******* on May 17, 2024, which was found to be defective upon first use, lacking necessary suction. Despite contacting Evenflo Feeding for support, their customer service has been unhelpful and refused offering a replacement only after a tedious troubleshooting process. Given the stressful circumstances of having a newborn in the NICU, this is unacceptable. I am seeking a refund or a replacement pump to ensure my daughter can continue to provide for her baby.

    I had purchased an evenflo breast pump from ****** on december 4th 2023 the night of bringing my newborn home from the hospital. It cost me $124.99 before taxes, and can not be returned since it's been opened. When I got home the breast pump did not work after trying different solutions for multiple hours. This led me to running around all night to find a breast pump after hours so I could feed my newborn. I tried reaching out to the company and their customer service. When calling the customer service number located not only on the box but on the official website, an automated recording states they are not available at the current time and says to call back within the available hours. It doesnt matter what time of day I've gotten the same results. I've left my number and email and recieved nothing back. I've been trying to reach them for months so I started doing some research and found out this is a reoccurring issue for many other frustrated customers. I believe their customer service does not exist at all. All I've been trying to do is get a refund for a product that I haven't been able to use.
