    This complaint is based on a kitchen countertop which was installed by an independent installer, who purchased the material from Surfaces by Pacific, the supplier.
    It has been more than 7 months since I made contact with both sides. I met in person with the supplier, after sharing my concerns in person with the installer.
    I've shared pictures of the visible evidence of deterioration, which includes, veins wiping off the stone , bleeding through and chipping. This deterioration was not as a result of negligence, but despite my commitment to compliance to quartz care.
    My concern is that the supplier is dragging out the process, to declare that too much time has elapsed.
    They communicated that they were in contact with the fabrication department and a willingness to resolve my issue, however, despite efforts to follow up, text messages and phone calls, I am not getting any response.
    My countertop is not performing as it should, based on what the expected norm suggest.
    I believe there is a fabrication issue, possibly a faulty batch, if it's not the norm, but I would like my countertops replaced or refunded.
