      I have done business with these people twice before, and they were good. They did their job Well. Today I went to pick up a jacket I dropped off two weeks ago when I went to pick it up there was about a 3-4 inch rip in it That had a flap open. They tried to pin that rip on me. Not only do they refuse to take responsibility of their actions, but they went to blame me. I asked, could they make this right? They said they would charge me another $25 to stitch it together. $25 to fix their mistake. They told me they have a picture of the rip. I said you can easily take a picture after you have already ripped something. I have pictures of the jacket before I dropped it off with no rip Showing. Also, why would you feel the need to take a picture of the rip in the jacket in the first place? I know they’re not taking a picture of every single article of clothing. They took that picture to try to create evidence against me after they messed up. I get things happen and maybe they weren’t even aware of it, but they were not at all professional about how to handle this situation and they immediately try to put the blame on me. I understand the BBB cannot physically make a firm commit to any action, but please let me know what my next steps need to be to properly resolve this. I have attached photos of the rip.

      To whom it may concern, 

      The jacket had damaged when the customer brought it in, but I didn't find it at the time.  We found the damage later and took pictures.  However, I should have checked and shown it to the customer when he brought it in, but i didn't. It's my mistake.  So I will repair the damaged part with best my skill but I can't guarantee a perfect condition.  And I won't charge a cleaning fee and alternation fee. If you need more concerns, or questions, please let me know.   Thank you.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.



      This was a lie they did not waive the cleaning fee. I went in and they went to charge me an additional $47 in order to get my jacket.
