On May 23rd, the day I dropped my truck off, I was quoted $1,100 for
the work as well as $ 2000 -$3,500 for the wrap with a possible 2 week turnaround time.
On May 29th, I made another payment of $500 and was told I would receive an
invoice and breakdown of the pricing and was told it would now be a 2-3 week turnaround time, even though a week had passed already.
On June 12th I made another payment with all payments now equalling
$2100. I was told that would cover not only the work on the truck,
but that it was paid for and that the remaining monies would go
towards the wrap and that all that was left to pay for was the wrap.

On June 16th I was told that there was additional work that needed to
be done on the rear of the truck for the water system. Being that I had overpaid for the initial work, I expected to only have the balance of the wrap remaining; however, on this day I was given a completely different quote. Again I made a payment, this time for $2,500. I was told that somehow I still had a remaining balance of $900. I was told that with this payment the work would
continue and be done last week, and that I would have a mock copy of the wrap by Monday June 24th, and that the wrap would only take 2-3 days to complete.

Which brings us to June 27th when I was absolutely devastated to come in
and see that nothing else had been touched on the truck and he did
not keep his word. And Mr. W***** in fact told his employees not to work on my
truck which was not at all what we discussed. There is still work that
needs to be completed and we are now almost 3 months in and I have to
cancel my grand opening which is just more money wasted. I made another payment of over $1,244. Which means I have now paid. $6,394. Which is higher than what i was told I would pay even with the additional work. As it stands I have paid $3,550
for the wrap and $2,844 for the work. That's about a $1744 difference. There were things added that I didn't ask for and we are months past time.
