    This item arrived damaged. I reached out to the seller and was told a replacement would be shipped and the damaged item picked up. When I did not hear back after over a week I called again and was told the replacement was "canceled". No clear explaination why that occured. I requested a supervisor and was told again a replacement would be sent. I would receive notificaiton of shipment within 24-48 business hours. It has now been 4 business days and I have not heard back. I replied to the email I attached with no answer.

    I ordered 2 chairs on 6/29/2023 in the amount of $806.43, order ********. I received them on 7/14 and requested a refund for the chairs due to the low quality of the item. Ballard charged me $40 to get these chairs picked up and returned. They mentioned that someone will contact me within the next 48 hours to get the chairs picked up and once they are picked up, I will have my refund back in my credit card within 3 business days. 4 days passed by and no one called to pick up my order. I called AND wrote to Ballard 2 times to get this arranged-AGAIN. Someone finally contacted my and said my order would be picked up on 7/21 (7 days after I called). It's been 10 days and this company has no issued my money back. I wrote on 07/27 and they said they would expedite my return. Today 7/31 I called and I was told the same thing, and that expedited meant that I would get my money within 7 business days. This means that it will be a month before I get my refund- IF THEY EVEN REFUND ME! This company is defrauding consumers and falsely making promises and claims about their products and policies. They keep stalling every time I write or call about giving me my money back, and if I wasn't constantly checking my finances and calling, I would not get a response. Think of all the people that depend on this company to do the right thing and get defrauded waiting for their money back. It shouldn't have to take a month to get refund, this is fraud and I'm sure many people who have no resources are experiencing the same thing. I demand my money be returned immediately, and I also demand to have the $40 return fee waived due to the hardship and distress dealing with this incompetent company has caused me, the loss of time is irreparable.

    We've reviewed the customer concerns and we'll reach out to the customer on a resolution. It was a miscommunication between the call center and the transportation department, and we have addressed those concerns. The customer was fully refunded on August 1, 2023.
