    I purchased a cornhole set from **** ******* Cornhole on 11/27 for $399 + $38.99 in shipping. On 12/20, it was shipped via *****. I recieved an email from ***** 12/23 stating that it had been delivered. When I arrived home that day it was not there, and I checked the email again. It showed a picture of it on the steps of a house- but it was not my house. It had been delivered to the wrong location. I called **** ******* Cornhole immediately and recieved a recording stating that they would be back in the office 1/5. I then called *****, and I was told that they would let the driver know. I emailed **** ******* Cornhole. Eventually I ended up driving all over the neighborhood trying to match the photo to a house to see if I could find the set, as it was a gift which was already late and it did not seem like anyone from **** ******* or ***** was going to resolve this- at least not until after the new years. When the gift was opened it was missing the score keeping pegs and instructions. No one from **** ******* Cornhole ever contacted me. I wrote again this week letting them know that I was disappointed that the items hadn't come to our house, and how much time we had spent looking for them (I would say in excess of 5 hours) and then on top of that that they never called to check on anything with us. They sent the pegs and instructions, then did not call or email me back. I called today 1/27 and my call went to voicemail. At a minimum my shipping should be returned.
