  We had an unfinished basement of about 1000 square feet, and hired Roger to finish it, including rough plumbing, framing, dry wall, electrical, flooring, painting, trim and plumbing. ***** is easy to communicate with, fair in pricing and delivers amazing work. You will have to book far in advance, but it is well worth the wait. I would not want to work with anyone else for renovations and remodels!

  ***** and his crew did a complete whole house remodel. Floors, plumbing, electrical, paint and new interior and exterior doors. Along with new kitchen cabinets. Excellent work and he keeps you informed about the process of your job. I highly recommend using Tri-B to anyone in need of a contractor. Also forgot they also built our pool deck!

  he and his helper did a very good job on my two ceilings that needed to be repaired, did a good job on closing up my fireplace and did a good job on installing the flooring.the shower stall that they installed was not what i wanted and when i told him i was not happy with the size of it he told me that showers only come in two sizes - 42 inch and 38 inch which is not true - they come in a 40 inch and he apparently doesn't know his shower stalls be cause when i showed him one he could not say a word. He also said it would cost me another $5,000.00 to get a new one and have the base removed in order to put in what i wanted _ I DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER $5,000.00 TO SPEND SINCE THE PROJECT THAT HE WAS DOING WAS $16,000.00 TO START WITH! SO I ENDED UP WITH A SHOWER THAT I DIDN'T WANT.First, when they pulled up the toilet to put down the flooring - when he replaced it he did not have it set properly and it leaked into my basement - when he came to look at it he said it was not his fault that the toilet had been leaking before and he was correct - IT HAD BEEN LEAKING TWO YEARS AGO AND I HAD IT FIXED, SO WHAT HE DID WAS INCORRECT. He wanted to charge me $350.00 to fix what he had not done correctly in the first place.I enlisted someone else whom i trusted more than him to do a repair.Second, the shower stall door has plastic lips on the bottom and side to keep the water from leaking out and now the bottom lip is tearing. I contacted him over a month ago to come bring me the extra pieces he has to fix it and at first he responded to me and told me he would bring the pieces - twice - and since then i have texted him over six times and I have not had a response - i have left one voice message with no response. He is not a reliable trustworthy *************************** this point I am going to seek legal counsel to see what i can do - i am not happy because eventually i will not be able to use my shower until it is fixed.

  ***,I'm glad you are happy with the ceilings, fireplace and flooring. i do recall you reaching out about the bottom door seal (and it just slipped my mind as we were moving our office) getting over there to replace. I would be more than happy to come and fix the shower, but in regard to it not being the one you wanted that is not a true statement. we had originally ordered 32x42 and the day before it came in you decided it was too big, so you asked by text message on 3/12/24 if a 38x38 would fit i said yes, you asked if i wanted you to order it i replied no since i had to do a refund and re-bill with the supplier. i then told you there would be a restocking fee you replied **, just let me know, , you stated sorry for being a pain, i replied all good just want to give you what you want and you replied "you doing that thank you.;" we finished up the job excluding the shower and returned on or around 4/3/24 to finish up we did have issues with the door but with the type of shower head you wanted, (as i said it should be a rain head, since it was a neo angle shower) you chose the regular shower head.The toilet was leaking prior, i have the photos, i showed you where it was leaking, and you stated on 5-27 by text message it wasn't leaking into bathroom but in basement approx. 30 days after completion of job.we also have changed phone numbers since we last spoke if you would like to me to fix door seal, please call us ************

  Roger did our full basement remodel from electrical to plumbing and all floors/finishes and appliances. Literally everything top to bottom. He includes it all in his pricing and does an incredible job keeping you on budget throughout the process by using averages for his materials. He is completely trustworthy, actually shows up on time and ready to go. We ran into water issues on our project and he even moved around some of his other jobs to help accommodate us so we could get a foundation company in before he moved forward. 10/10 would recommend.
