    Do Not Order anything from this outfit. They sent my order to the wrong address, then restricted access on *** so that I couldn't redirect the package to my house. They don't respond to emails to their website and phoning their customer service department is useless. I was told that although the mistake was theirs, there was nothing they could do about it (how about sending me a replacement order to the right address?). HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I'm out $$$$$.

    Service was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I had a question and they could not have followed up in a more professional manner. Very impressed with Garrett Wade Company! Also, the hose I bought was exactly what I had been looking for a long time -- I was glad that a garden expert recommended the company.

    High-quality merchandise and excellent online service. My SS hose and holder arrived promptly and as described. It works beautifully, doesnt kink, and is a pleasure to look at (and its a hose!). Highly recommended.
