Frank Jr represented me on a case in Cincinnati Ohio. The way he handled my file was heartbreaking. He treated me and my family like an atm and a commissioned sales rep. I hired Frank because he displayed a level of confidence that i didn’t get from other attorneys. Only to later find out that this was apart of his sales tactics to lure you in. Frank never submitted the evidence to prove my innocence and he negotiated a plea deal that should’ve been without jail time . instead i was sent to prison with no further contact from Frank. My mother had access to my cellphone while i was incarcerated and i had the opportunity to review the texts that Frank and her sent each other and i was very ****** the way he evaded and brushed off questions pertaining to my judicial release. To sum this up I’m not sure about how his father handles cases, my experience is with Frank Jr, He will lie to your face and take your money. He is in it for monetary gain not your innocence.

In re: Concern of ****** ****** Review ID 135022 To Whom It May Concern, I am in receipt of your correspondence dated February 4, 2024, in regard to a Complaint submitted by Mr. ****** ********* *****. In response to this Complaint, I will break down each separate statement made by Mr. ***** and provide my response to his concerns. Statement: Mr. ***** first states in his Complaint “he treated me and my family like an atm and a commissioned sales rep” Response: I would respond by saying Mr. ***** never paid his total retainer for attorney fees. I treated him and his family with respect throughout the entire case. His case was completed on November 17, 2021, and I have not heard from him since. It is now two and a half years later that I am receiving this BBB Complaint. Mr. ***** still has an unpaid balance with my office. Statement: Mr. ***** then states the following “Frank never submitted the evidence to prove my innocence and he negotiated a plea deal that should’ve been without jail time” Response: The evidence Mr. ***** had to “provide his innocence” was sparce but it was presented. In addition, a full hearing on mitigation was held during sentencing. The evidence was never presented at a trial because Mr. ***** entered into a plea deal that was offered to him, thus no trial occurred. There were several plea deals offered to him throughout the case and he plead to the best deal for him. Mr. ******* original charge was a Felony 3 Gross Sexual Imposition of a minor that would require him to register as a sex offender. Mr. ***** plead guilty to a charge of aggravated assault, a Felony 4 that did not require Mr. ***** to register as a sex offender. As far as his statement that it should’ve been without jail time, sentencing is at the discretion of the Judge. This was not a plea with an agreed upon sentence. The Judge hands down the sentence based on Mr. Wyche’s plea, the evidence, and statements made at Court. The Judge also took into consideration Mr. ******* numerous previous criminal charges. Sentencing was at the full discretion of the Court. Mr. ***** knowingly took the plea deal and never once in court, or in this Complaint, indicated he was innocent of the crime to which he plead guilty. Mr. ***** never filed to withdraw his plea and never filed for Judicial Release. Statement: “I had the opportunity to review the texts that Frank and my mother sent each other and I was very ****** the way he evaded and brushed off questions pertaining to my judicial release.” Response: I was not retained for Mr. ******* Judicial Release. Mr. ***** never paid his attorney fees for his original case and never hired me to file a Judicial Release on his behalf. Mr. ***** never hired other counsel to file for Judicial Release and he never filed it on his own. I represented Mr. ***** from July 14, 2020, when he was charged, until November 17, 2021, when he was sentenced by the Judge. I appeared at numerous court dates, completed discovery, and negotiated several plea deals with the prosecution, the final one being accepted by Mr. ****** Mr. ***** plead guilty on October 14, 2021, was sentenced on November 17, 2021, and I have not heard from him until receiving this Complaint.

Hmmm you haven’t heard from me because i went to prison! Frank never interviewed the passenger. And never set up the Lie detector test that he promised to do. He represented me during Covid. During this time the courts were not performing jury trials which meant my fate would’ve been left up to a judge. Frank advised me to take a plea although my criminal record is in no relation or in anyway similar in nature and had been over 13years , I’ve built successful businesses and this case involved reaching back to help a family member get on the right track, while doing so his girlfriend made accusations, of Burglary & GSI. I was invited to the home by my cousin, because his name wasn’t on the lease he did not have the right to let me in that’s where the burglary came from, i wasn’t indicted on that, The GSI it was alleged that i walked into the home, while 3 adults were there walked into a room where a child was sitting on the bed with her father laying in it, i sat down and grabbed her ******. But no one saw anything. in the forensic interview the little girl clearly states that the aunts boyfriend groped her. Frank never presented this evidence, he never got to know anything about the businesses i am involved in or the community involvement i am involved with to side bar the judge and show him the Moral Compass. I’d just purchased a brand new luxury vehicle on the day of the incident and i’d been mentoring my cousin on credit building prior to, my reason for going to the home was to pick him up and show him that anything is possible! His girlfriend hates. This was pure heresay , not a sexual assault or crime involving a victim on my record. im 6’3” 240lbs if i sat on your bed while your daughter was in it you’d know. A stupid made up story that the prosecutor stuck her nails in, oh Frank promised “ Oh i use to date the prosecutor we are cool she will lower your bond” lies lies lies. My business Partner from LA warned me not to retain him. I did retain counsel for the judicial so that is misinformation.. Frank Jr is a blood sucker and will lie to your family to feed his!!!!
