    They fixed my freezer in a very short period of time and then took the extra time to clean behind the refrigerator. Ive used them several times and always great service. Never have had an issue

    Mike came out and just said my dishwasher had suds building up in it that’s why it was overflowing at the bottom tub onto my floor when I would run it but did little effort to see what else it could had been. So I ran vinegar and cooking oil through it by canceling out the cycle after a few moments (and not a full cycle) like he told me and yes the suds has disappeared but problem is that my dishwasher is still leaking. I do not recommend this business as their technicians don’t know the problems that they think they do, save your 90 plus 7.00 tax fees and go elsewhere.

    I am sorry you were not happy with your service. The **** issue is very common, and they are very familiar with them. When you were still having the issues after taking all the steps he suggested we did schedule for a technician to come back out in two business days at no charge and re-diagnose it. There are times that one issue is masking another and that could be why it was not seen on the first trip. It looks like you cancelled the second call stating you were going to get a new dishwasher instead. Again, I am sorry you were not satisfied with your service.
